If your country is listed above, your order over $80 qualifies for free standard shipping. Delivery times and availability may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing.

Locations unable to ship

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive at your country.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*This doesn’t include our processing time (it will range from one week to 6 months depends on different items).

*Estimated Flat Rate is a normal standard shipping method, which includes the domestic shipping fee and international shipping fee.

*If you have urgent shipping needs, please contact our customer service team to discuss expedited shipping options such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Additional charges may apply depending on the destination and package size.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
