Order cancellation/modification

All orders can be canceled in 24 ຊົ່ວໂມງ. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must ຕິດຕໍ່ພວກເຮົາ within 24 ຊົ່ວໂມງ. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

If you change your mind and have to cancel or modify your order after payment, you can contact us with your reason. Usually, after your payment, we will finish placing your order in 30 minutes.

Cost of return

To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address we offered below.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time and money it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
