A: I personally don’t wash my doll clothes. Usually, I store them in sealed bags or a small wardrobe for dolls. I only take them out to dress the doll, and since I don’t do outdoor shoots, the clothes stay pretty clean. Recently, I bought a plastic storage cabinet and started displaying my dolls. However, they’re still mostly undressed, and I rarely put clothes on them.
If you must wash them, gently rub the fabric and hang it on a doll hanger to air dry naturally. But generally, I recommend not washing them, as many self-made clothes can’t handle frequent washing. If you’re a cleanliness fanatic, feel free to ignore my advice.
